Well, after a night and morning or tweaking, learning, and getting mad the theme is now complete. Basically I took the template file, cut it up, told it I hate it, and then made it into a working WordPress theme.

And today, not that long ago, Acid Burn from GZ|E helped me put the final touches on it. He also went through and cleaned up my mess of PHP
