I have thought about this several times and decided to write something up. The idea is that ever 15 years everyone (not just the old people that made me think about this) drivers would need to retake a driving test. Or maybe just a eye exam and written test. To many times have I dealt with bad drivers running me off the road. I’m not saying I am a perfect driver, but my god, to many foreign, old, and idiotic people are on the damn roads. Just earlier today I was giving my younger brother a ride to a job interview (he got the job by the way), and I was ran off the road, nearly into a ditch by a elderly fellow. I was cruising along at about 58, three miles over the speed limit. Its a bad habit but thats how I drive. And a white car started cutting into my lane, feet from my car. I looked in my rear view mirror, making sure it was clear, and slammed on my brakes, ready to go off the road so I wouldn’t crash into the car. He then moved back into his lane, and I proceeded to pass the white car, giving mean looks and gestures.

It was a elderly man and woman, the man driving. He looked confused and scared. I felt no sympathy for this man…I wished him dead. I then proceeded the rest of the way to my brothers interview, pissed and shaken.

If someone cant learn to stay in their lane, or at least use blinkers and look around before switching lanes, they obviously shouldn’t be driving…
