My trainer was Travis Lettner. Really enjoyed his classes and the teaching methods he used. I kept really good track of my bills and such, and had everything get reimbursed. Sorry to hear that there were issues with yours.

Well, I won't dig into the depths of the training, since that is Best Buy's info and not mine to share, but I should be able to answer some of your questions. About a week before the training you will get a email with room mate listing, and yes, you (usually) will be put into a room with someone else, of the same sex. But, this is a good thing. Think of it as one more thing stopping you from being late...I also recommend setting up a wakeup call if your hotel lets you. If your going for the 5 day program it will go something like this: Arrive, go to sleep, get up for class, have the night to yourself, and repeat.

During the nights we (the people taking the class) got to know each other, went out, saw the sights, ate at local places, and studied at random times. It's a very good program in my opinion, and you will learn a lot. I recommend sharing your number and such with the others in the group, that way you can stay in touch during the week and go out and get to know everyone. Five days can be very boring if you just spend it alone studying. Plus, at least for me, studying in a group is a lot easier, and more productive.

When you get back to the store, you will follow the book that you should get on what to do with hours and that stuff. It's pretty straightforward, and if you need help ask for it. Wouldn't want you to have any issues.

So, what store are you from? If you have more questions feel free to ask, and as long as it is something I don't think I would get in trouble telling I will try to help.
