Working at Best Buy

Summed up in one word, GREAT! Compaired to working with food…which is what I have done with my other jobs, selling computer (and accessories) is awesome. Just like any job, there is the hassel of training, learning now rules, and all that jazz. But personally, Best Buy is the kind of job I have wanted since I started looking for jobs. First of all there is the fact that I get to use all of the knowlege I have gained and such from hunting for my own use, looking for parts and such, to help others. I talk to several people a day that know next to nothing about computers, except whats on sale, and what they want. I get to help these people find the right machine for what they do, what they need, and everything.

All and all, I am happy. Now to save up, and wait to start at SVSU in August!

Goodbye Instinct, Hello Touch Pro

HTC Touch ProAs of 2/11/09 I am now the proud new owner of the HTC Touch Pro. Only catch…I am still waiting for it. I bought a used one off of Ebay. Got the bugger for $325. Pretty nice, since I plan on selling my Samsung Instinct for around $200.

So, sooner or later (depending on the speed of the U.S.P.S I will be posting my initial review of the Pro, and what software I am installing and such.

For those that can’t wait, you can head over to All Touch Pro and PPCGeeks to check out my options.
